Just got a vcm11, loaded onto laptop with fresh install xp. Loaded easy + patch, drivers all installed. Connect to 04 focus, it recognises vehicle, 5door sedan etc. When I go to read KAM faults or anything it keeps asking for ignition "on" but does not see it so cannot proceed further. I believe this unit is faulty and have contacted seller for a refund. He says it could be a problem with patch, and wants me to do the team viewer, so they can sort it. Any thoughts on this please, as I think they are stalling for time.
