Prius 2007 USA, lost keys, smart function not work

Keys with silver logo. Made reset immo, added 2 keys, then made reset smart ECU, added 2 remotes but smart function not work now, buttons work fine.
Smart cancel tried both - on and off.
How to repair smart function ?
