As I know, speed limiter is on address 00070 map 3x1.

sorry, i?m not a chiptuning specialist, so i need a little bit help to understand this.
I found the address, of course, but i?m not able to decrypt the vmax from the hex values.

Can somebody please explain how it works or just modify my file?
Can somebody confirm the mentioned address for speed limiter value?
