re psp 4gb card

my psp 4gb card says write protected for some strange reason. anyone knows how the undo it. my young son is been playing with it and has messed it up.

have u tried putting it in the psp and then formatting mate

yes it formats the card but when you go to view the content it show nothing and states the card is write protected.

If its brand new mate, then send it back. If its saying its write protected, sounds like its been locked at factory or something.
