View Full Version : Adjust newton meter for power wheel steering!

Hi ,
I have electric power wheel steering from Nissan Micra ,which must be use for 'SPORT BOAT,for steering boat'.
This boat has before same one but get break down.
I get another one from scrap yard ,but it is not working like it should,Some service in England was did properly,adjust NM FOR MOVEMENT.
Car original have around 100NM ,I need around 40NM,it is mean ,must be more sensitive steering wheel like it was before get break down ,I try to write eeprom from old power steering to new one ,but it is not work,no any sound no relay 'clik',with new one then connect to the boat (only 3 pin ,PLUS,MINUS,AND IGNITION)it is relay 'clik' and electric motor start working.
With original from the car ,with power ON ,spin axle by hand leave it turns little ,with power OFF spin axle by hand leave it ,and stops at once.Please help me.
Sending some information,please read.

Hi, my opinion about problem is that you have a steering ecu problem, maybe you need to try with another ecu.

I have tried it is working but need to adjust NM.
It has flash memory inside st10f269-q3,but do not now how to read it :(
