Lost most of my chanells trying to get BBC & UTV

I lost most of my channels trying to get the home channels back.
I tryed the older firmware, but to no avail. Now all the sly channels are gone.
Can anyone please advise me how to get them back and what firmware i should use.

wat box m8???? have u turned emu n default bac on ,,did u scan with the rite provider?/ ok m8 seen ur other thread u have a 4 usb .....check to see if u ve scanned with the rite cable provider ,try the other ones and see wat sucees u get....saw somewhere that someone had successss get their missin bbc 1 itv channels bac thro lookin thro all channels and usin channel edit but that might have been on a s v 3

Any ideas.

I have tryed the latest beta firmware issued on the 23rd june to no avail
