Is this file Original or Tuned ? Corsa 1.3 CDTI 2004

I have here a Opel Corsa C 1.3 CDTI 70hp year 2004.
The car seems to be tuned and have more than 70hp.

Just to be sure, can someone check this file and tell me if this file is Original or Tuned ?

It is Marelli Multijet 6 ECU.
Engine code is Z13DT.
It is strange because I already drive similar cars and they were very slow before 2000rpm.
In this car if you are at 1500 rpm and you press pedal it responds quick.

So, I thought it might be tuned.
