Ecu swap E60

hi,

I have a BMW 530D from 2006 in wich I have changed the Engine in.
The motor used comes from a 2007 x drive.
The donor car has different injectors so the old ECU would not alow me to
program them. I then got an injector error in the DMW.
I then swiched the injector to the old ones wich did not work.
I took the DME out and hooked it up to a CMD programmer wich failed
miserably and the DME died.
So I got the DMW from the donor car and now I want to hook it up the the
car. I read the flash and serial eep used winols to "virginize" then I used
the dashcoder 2.10 to syncronize cas to dme but I still get 4a63 or 62 dont remember but
it has something to do with Immo and it doesen?t start.

Has anyone swaped the DME in a BMW e60 and got it to work?

what i would do befor start virgin ecu is, swap epp from ori ecu that was paired with cas to your secon hand ecu,and syncro DME-CAS

First, find proper ECU

Then post here eeprom from DDE and CAS

What is the new second(hand) ecu are is the same hw/sw number or .. Cause if the ecu is the same is gona be easy you can use the old eeprom just swap it if not damaged (you can underatand that easy with programmer) and sync dme-cas with avdi ,or gt1 dis , for inpa i am not sure if can make that.
And other way how say Avtonega post the dumps here someone will vurgin or sinc them

Have tried to swich the eep 95640 from the old ecu but got internal error. And till dont start.
Will sync work with the pa soft 2.01?
is it enough with eep from ecu 95640 and eep from 9s12 in cas? or shall I post the flashfiles as well?

Didn?t work still get erroe codes for immo in ECU.
It cranks but so it does without the ECU.
starter fluid makes it come alive but dies when it runs out.
Any other ideas?

tried to sync with pa soft 2.01 and get done.
When I read out error code I get 4a62 and 4a63 and one that are internal error.
Can the flash been damage? It has happend me with a ezs in vito when only read.
Also once with a cas from a bmw e65.

just to clarify.
I have changed the dde but I have removed the m58 from original dde but the serial eep is from new dde.
Shall I do CAS-DDE sync when programmed or dde-cas?
Dont know how to do dde-cas.....
Sync I do with INPA wich works fine but I get
4a62 and 4a63 wrong start value and ews tampering

The files in#24 is original cas eep, original flash dde

but dde serial eep if from Another car but it has same number on dde
so only the serial has the wrong isn code
