Toyota FJ Cruiser IMMO problem

Hi everyone, first please bare with me I new in immobilizer systems stuff
Today I got a toyota fj 2008 lost all keys after I programmed a new key using tango the car still no run, however the owner told me that he changed the ECM moudle because the old one was burned, now do I need a virgin or immo off for my ECM its 89661-35c80 with a 93c86 what should I do guys please help.

All you need is to reset the immo under type2 16min. Wait to reset then register your key 4d-67 after that the immo light will turn off but car will not start. You need the bridge pin 4-13 for 30min. With battery pack to keep battery current over 11.4 volts. Car will now start as the immo was reset and keys where register and the immo. & ECU have been paired. There is a toyota smart key dongle that is orange that will the same reset in under 1 min.
