Change vin in ECU

Need change vin in ECU Delphi CRD2.20.

Now have: WDF63960313732688
Need this: WDF63960513742266

Can anyone help me in this job?
Inside file.rar have eeprom & maps

why all that people that need help never put down car brand type and powertrain info ????

Vin 639 is for Mercedes Vito/viano year 2004-2014
Delphi CRD2.2 is diesel engine for year 2011-2014 2200
information is here, only need translate, the info is inside of dump

I think AVDI original ca do it obd

but i can't do it as i am not connected to car
