The box super still cant get BBC & UTV

Slill cant get the bbc utv sly 1-2 sly news and some others.
I PUT THE FILE ON DONE A FACTORY RESET THEN RESCANNNED THE BOX ,I THEN TURN ON THE EMU.
AFTER THAT IM LOST
HOW DO YOU LET THE BOX UPDATE.
I NEVER GOT A BRIEF PAUSE BLACK SCREEN.

did u put the new beta file on it to bring in the lost channels,and factory reset and autoscan and set default key and keycode to on.also remember dont scan thru splitters.

Iv done what you said above and still no change.
when I go into 1570 after doing the scan I turned on the Key Code and pressed the default key,I dont see anything happening when i press on this,so I dont know if it changes or not.
When I press the default key and turn on the KEy Code, what should I do then.
