would you be able to read these 93c46 chip incircuit or rather desolder to read and write - advice be appreciated

Yes, you will be able to read in circuit.
However I always prefer desoldering eeprom before reading.

attached my dump after i changed from ori 265 827 km to 162 500 km my digiprog showed chip error when trying to read even when desoldered ....- i then used upa and then changed but when connected to vehicle showing 600 020 km - I used the algo from toyota rav 4 93c46 from tachosoft my calculation is wrong - can you change to what i need 162 500 km assistance appreciated - :tears_of_joy:
