lost key from hyndai h1 with zexel ecu 2.5 t

Hi, my cliente have lost key, car is hynday h1 year 1998 with immobox 93lc56 and zexel ecu 39100-42210 with oki 16951.
i have already try to do new key 4c but car don't star.
can anyone help me.

remove eeprom from ecu and start the car . if not work fill eeprom with FF and it will start . (IMMO OFF solution)
