Megane 3 TomTom Carminat

Hi!
Megane 3 2008. Carminat no live.
Card installed on another machine. After this the radio line is missing. Highlighted in red in the picture. The radio works. Put the original card, remove the battery, do reset- nothing helps.

card doesnt work for this navigation. Card is assigned for navi. You must cleared card, copy new soft, patched this soft and copy new maps.
