Cant confirm service W211 2003

Hello

Need help or information about Mercedes E-class W211 2003 ,the problem is after changing ICM 2007 ,dashboard doesn t count service,she always show
Cant cinfirm service reset, i selected clear service item after failed confirmation and dash now says service ,What to do?
Please help and support !

Try this info mate.

Switch ignition on.
Ensure instrument panel display trip recorder reading temperature.
If not: Repeatedly press button [A] or [B[ 107700 until trip recorder and temperature are displayed.
Repeatedly press [C] or [D] until the service message is displayed.
Note: The service message consists of:
1. Spanner' symbol.
2. Service time A-H.
3. Distance remaning to the next service.
Warning: Pressing button [E] will re-set recorder, record if required.
Press and hold button [F] or [G] and select "CONFIRM".
Press button [B].
Repeatedly press button [B] and select "CONFIRM".
Press button [F] or [G] to select oil grade.
Press button [B].
The message "SERVICE CONFIRM" will appear in the despla.
Repeatedly press button [B] until trip recorder and temperature are displayed.
Switch ignition OFF.

Did u do dash using digi by obd? If yes then customer will have to drive car for some miles before u can reset service. If u have launch or autocom try that

Simple solution is to reflash gateway using star then put in service.
For instructions you must LOOK in this very forum

If you can't communicate, make sure obd connections are good on back of obd socket, by trying to communicate to car other modules, if ok then you must remove zgw and post dump, then maybe replace dump with modified, or another dump, then try to communicate and reflash with star
