anyone had dealings with mcumall
bought a new programmer from them and some adaptors in the
order was wrong
sent them many emails but no reply

I have had problems with them before. Lost the software to my old GQ-2X programmer so emailed them and they refused to send it to me software and told me I would have to buy a newer programmer from them.
IIRC there email response time was quite slow. How long have you been waiting for a reply?

I have GQ-x4/some adapters of them never had any problems with them so far, will direct any questions to the forum, and if you need drivers or softwares goes to download "1 click"

yes the mcumall shipping is very late and mail response is very bad

Did you remember to put "Eh!" at the end of every sentence on their forum?
Otherwise they won't be able to understand a word you are saying mate, eh!
