View Full Version : IMMO PROBLEM FORD KUGA 2.0 TDCI FAULT CODE B2141

Hi,

I have problem with ford kuga 2010 2.0 tdci. I have programmed 2 keys but in RKE module is present dtc B2141 Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) configuration failure - No PCM ID stored in PATS.

There is no dtc's in PCM. Immo light is steady but after 1 minute light is blinking code 22. I have IDS and AVDI (original). I changed the IC (cluster) module but dtc b2141 is present. I think there is a problem with synchronisation between PCM and IC. If somebody would help I will be very grateful because I have no ideas about this car

i think there is no synchro between RKE module and PCM.

could You help me with repair synchro? You need eeprom from ecu and dash or ecu and rke module???

maybe ECU is fault? somthing was changed in car abs ecu etc.?

ps.please clear space on mailbox

ecu was changed...somebody tried to add keys and after that there is no synchro...i have 100% good ecu but dtc is present

i solved the problem with original IDS...my chinese IDS can't do synchro between PCM (dcm 3.5) and RKE module....

AVDI can't calculate incode to PCM...i had the same problem. Try to ask online support in abrites...maybe they will help you manually do the synchro.

I am sat in a kuga right now with exact same issue. Cam anybody help? I have gen avdi with full ford commander and genuine vcm2 with vmware ids?

Same problem here, B2141-60 stored in RKE after battery disconnect in other service. Ford Kuga
Can someone help me where is problem? On PCM side or RKE side? Thanks for any help!

Hello everyone. Two weeks ago I received original Avdi. My first job Ford Kuga 2017 abs replacement and Pats initialization. Conclusion Abs has not matched and Bcm has been left a virgin without being able to do anything. Today I killed syncro of a 2008 Ford Kuga!!!!!!!!!!!! Two jobs, two shits. If I went back in time I wouldn't buy Abrites.
