audi s3 2010 cluster dead after recal

i've managed to kill an audi s3 cluster when recalibrating the milage with fvdi :alberteinstein:

does any members have the needed files to revive this please

tryed that did'nt work bro...its a strange one this as i recal'd milage- it worked fine then went to change it again and error message =dead

can i read from another working s3 dash? then copy to dead 1?

Common issue on these, happened to me a few times, if you have, or know someone with a Vag dash prog, use clear error function, this should revive the cluster.

Disconnect battery for 10 mins. Then try to mileage again with fvdi. That's all I can think of. Unless u know someone with digi or smelecom

Yes, he could jump on the virgin train( Justy could drive it for extra speed) swig some ironbru, then, carrying his vagdashprog would rush to the assistance of the honourable member to save the day.

In the meantime,djollie could chuck the poisonous fvdi in the bin and by a better tool!


The best solution has already been posted, search for someone with vagdashprog and use error tool. I will do it for you free of charge if you come to me
