Bmw burned dde

Hello,
I have a burned ecu from a bmw 318 and cant read any data on it anymore. It is the DDE 7 811 377 from bosch (0 281 014 728).
Bought a donor DDE but need a virgin file for it so that the dealer can reprogram it to the car if that is possible.
The new DDE i read it and here is the file so maybe some knows how to make it virgin again?

Can you not read the EEPROM from old and post?

swop the flash over it will start and if thers a eprom as well

Sorry the old DDE is burned and shorted to ground i will try to take off the infineon tricore 1797 and hopefully someone knows how to reball it or read it compleet.

The old infineon tricore 1797 from the burned ecu has died. Ill have the new processor in the new ecu changed for the old processor but unfortunatly it isnt gonna work any more.
I hope someone wil help to make the file virgin. or i have to buy an new DDE at the bmw dealer.

I tryed to read the ecu with Galletto 4 but it cant read this dec17 tricore 1797?????? Its keep telling me cant find the password. Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem?

This ecu can't be virgin...neither cas.
