Kess v2 advice Original

this is my plan,
i want to buy Original V2, and for the first couple of years, purchase maps from one of the many writers out there ( ineed this tool to pay for itself), whilst at the same time trying grasp tuning software with the ultimate goal of becoming very firmular with WINOLS,

so can you chaps tell me where is the best place to buy Kess V2, (master) and later the Ktag
and some state they charge an annual fee for "Protocols" is this correct for all, or just what a few are charging?

any help on this would be greatly appreciated

correct if you get master kess or ktag you have to pay fees for kess and for ktag.

no they don't.
do some research before posting.

seen them genuine tool from ?1500 no protocals upto ?5000 for full. and the one i going to start with ? 2200 CAR, vans pack.
so i stand by what i said chiptuningshop prices to much for me (Euro 3480 inc vat)
