Yes it is from renesas programmer but only toyota, honda and subaru i worked good

Is it true it need internet connection to finish the clear from china server and it's not always available and sometimes takes ages to finish one job ?

It never failed me yet.

Only down fall is..you don't get to save any dump and you cant apply any dump to write.. It does everything behind yr back...read and clear that's it.
