Bricked after unlocking PCR2.1

I m tring to unlocked the 25640 from Continenant PCR2.1 VAG.


Now the car don t start.


Anyone have an idea?

How you read? unsolder eeprom or read via obd?

Flash original file back into the eeprom

hmmmmm.its not easy to open this ecu to get eep.did you read the epp.or not.
Not any harder to open than most other ECU's

EEPROM must be unlocked ONCE ONLY , NEVER MORE
if you tried more than one time, you cant even write the original eeprom file back ( actually you can but when you read it again it will be different than the original)
desolder the eeprom , use xprog to erase it , then write the original with xprog, solder back your eeprom
now you have it your eeprom as original state, and now you CAN UNLOCK ONE TIME ONLY
