Just Eeprom will not help you.
You need to have NEC Flash as well.

if you have flash + eeprom it can help yes . i have the flash from another dash with same SW 0406 but it doesnt work .

Have you tried change mileage + add immo data to another eeprom? I have complete set but probably from diffrent version. Update: I have 6R0920861D

eeprom + flash must be sw 3xx and up with hw02 old version will not work .
