dreambox dm500+ wont unscramble sky channels

hi everyone i have just got a dm500+ dreambox and have tried to scan and find channels all the channels aare there however all premium channels are scrambled and the box will not veiw them what should i do any help appreciated many thanks tony

Sky is not hacked, you will need a valid sky card before you can view sky channels on satellite, even if you have a dreambox.
