Replace TCM Audi Q5 2009

Hi mate,
I replace transmission control module for Q5 2009. By used one ( second hand).
Then I got DTC P1701 transmission control unit locked.
Please advise what i have to do.
It can be reprogrammed.

Use vas with ASSYST mode to adapt it.

Yes right, it is protection mode,
Actually this the first time to deal with Audi, can you please explain little more, which tool is required.
