Is it possibly to calculate pin code from this file?
This is eeprom 25C640 from VCM module, Iveco Stralis Euro 5, from 2007 year.



Can I use ID63-6F transponder, or I must find the original new key to program ?

Hi.
You can program transponder by Tango, you must have Iveco payable option.
Allowed transponder is ID60 80 bit.
