Saab 9-3 km calc

Hello! can someone calculate km in attached file this is saab 9-3 2006r i attached file is ca. 311000 i need ca. 145000. I always doing this dash with carprog but i send him to codecard.lt because he stop working and i don't know how calculate mileage. Many thanks.
