vectra c radio turns on by its self

I have this car to sort out, when remove key from ign, radio goes off, lock car and all ok, but when return to car, the radio is on again!

I checked the switch at bottom of ign lock and is ok.

Is there anything else that can turn on the radio, apart from it being a faulty radio?

For testing purposes cut the white and green can wires, repeat experiment, pass experiences show the radio is fked you need a new one.

Thats what I think too, as there (should only) be the 2 points of turning on, ie ign switch and on/off knob.

Yeah it's can, so if the network decided to say "radio on". What happens!

is the radio code the same as pin code on this car, or need another code?
