lost all bouquets on blackbox 500s

lost a few channels on my blackbox 500s so tried updating channels usually works but for some reason i have now only got others and not skybsb, documenterys, my favoriets etc.
any idea how to get them back i have tried update bouquets but no diffrent.
tried to download files from box but get error message there was errors retreiving the files from the dreambox check the log for details.
says neither a services nor a lamedb file was found in directory % on the dreambox /var/tuxbox/config/enigma
check the dream path settings on option panel to point to the correct dreambox directories and try again.

got me stumped can any one advise me what to do please pulling my hair out and now nearly bald.

Might help if you give a little more information such as what image are you using on the DM500

Not an ideal solution but have you tried Flashing the 15c image again just in case of a corruption

hi thanks for your time trying to help.
i have also tried a gemini image no luck .
now on a pli image openpli-beta-dm500-old-framebuffer-20130505-305.img.

still no sky movies, sky sports, or any sky channels

i have now reinstalled commando 15.0 all favorites are back all free channels are working scrambled channels ie movies etc are not working all scrambled can you tell me how i reinstall my cline using dreambox control centre?
i have opened it gone to ftp/var/etc no cccam.config file so on right side window in dcc i put my cccam.config file clicked on move so it now shows under ftp/var/etc cccam.config i right click on cccam.config /edit my cline is there i exit dcc reboot my box but still channels are scrambled?
any ideas?

heres a thread that may help , read it all the way down as a guy had a similar problem and he sorted it , if your still stuck after that maybe pm the guy in the thread , im sure he will help you out .
