Mitsubishi Pajero DTC P0170 and low milleage

Hi,
I diagnosed a Mitsubishi pajero Pinin model , gazoline engine
car have low milleage as 15.68 MPG ,not smoking, not staling .
The only DTC code present is P0170.
Checked leakage and fuel ways.
I attached some live data.
I suspect LongTerm fuel triming to rise this DTC
I need help .

Huh late in the day, scope lamda sensors, are brakes stuck on ? How MYCH junk in the trunk

thanks. Lamda sensors seem ok, I got 0.2 ~0.8v and signal waveform is regular at idle and 2500rpm.
