LM-1 Wideband Repair

Hi friends, I need some help to repair my Innovate LM-1 Wideband Controller. It has been showing Error 3: Pump cell circuit shorted. Checking it circuit seems to me that related ICs will be a TLV2463C and A124 SMD components. See attachments.
What do you think friends? Anyone have repair this units? Some advice will be awesome.

I lost my original LM-1 and I bought this unit through Ebay. It should be OK but I received with that Error 3. Mine have it most than 5 years, and it works really good. New version in LM-2 that also is a ODB2 scanner.

Friends at least anyone know which IC is the A124 SMD one????? Check the attached pic.
