Key MB

I have a problem to generate a key for MB C-Class 2001.
The key is on the processor NEC, SKC has generated 0.21 and 051 type.
I wrie two files to the key via IR but do not work. Loading a key 1 or 4 forever after the test shows that the key is nr7.
Please correct key generation.

Erase nec first then write the .051 file to the nec then re-solder back on

That's what I do, I delete nec, then soldering the key and record the IR port. record of success and after reading it I wrote.
I think that the calculator generates SKC wrong keys.

What equipment are you using?

Read Motorola programmer etl. I generate skc v1006. record key via IR by ak400.
