Mc hale bale handler

Has anyone ever worked on the McHale bale wrapper it tas a digital hour counter , I stripped it down but I can't see an EEPROM or a processor ., I have attached the pictures of it

Don't know if this is where its stored but the winbond w24258s is a RAM chip.
