Terex Machine Hours

Hi all
Here I have a display from a Terex machine. I have read the SMS24S chip as 24c02 and file attached. It has 10586.80 hrs and I need 5500 hrs.

Not 100% sure the hours are here or even in ecu but worth a shot

I have an dashboard by TEREX RC 40 , and don't work the middle columns ( hours counter and tachometer ) . What do you think are happen ?
What do you think is broken on that dashboard ?
