Hi I read using original carprog but it says crash not found, can anyone help to clear this dump read via OBD Carprog

I would recommend you check it with a obd scanner

Did you read your dump via OBD directly on the car? I had 2012 Fiesta and dump looks completly different. If so, can you try to read it on the table by pins directly?

If you are using the software for carprog to check for crash data, it doesn't work. Better to use their website for that particular airbag module and will tell you either if there is crash data or not.

I use CARPROG software to read and manually cleaned
he sends you send file to clean them crash and charge 30 euros

bit of a late reply but you buy their tools to do the job then when it dont work like it should he charges you to clean !!
we wonder why people buy clones lol

Other way around, its because of all the clones and not wanting other to clone their stuff...they only offer a clear solution on the website, so anyone with any programmer can upload their file to be clear. that's my take on it.
