had one of my good customer on the phone wants me to remap there vw crafter tdi whats the best solution is there any soft ware hard about i dont my buying as its something im getting asked more and more to do what do you use ?

You'll need either very expensive tools to do it easy way or cheaper ones to do it hard way. BDM clone is the key word for cheap option.
