can anyone tell more about this soft (kwp 2000),does it work with KKl serial interface,and is it for diagnostic,or ... ?

No, it's not a diagnostic tool. It's for use with a pretty old flashing tool that can be used to read/write ECUs. It works (worked) well in it's day, but a bit flaky (especially with cheap clones I've heard, but dunno). What do you want to do with it?
