no immo off you can adapt it with dash using vcds: Immobilizer III ECU Swapping - Ross-Tech Wiki (http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Immobilizer_III_ECU_Swapping)
but you need pin code, good luck

Yes there is no immo off at this stage but you can make a key using vagcom or something similar and I can send you a match set for ecu/dash with a correct pin if you need it
