I think you need to change bsi Other wise wont go up.
I recently tried the Same on a Peugeot 208 2014.
I changed dash through diag nothing happend.
Then i changed milleage in bsi and all ok.

Thats what i am trieing to say if you do dash nothing wil happen.
Bsi is the dominate part in the game, on older Cars dash would be ok but not on new psa Cars.
But who knows citroen would be different.
