Lexus 2010 smart key

a friend of mine had a problem with this car after reseting it with abritus FVDI the car stopped and its original key stopped
he read the Smart box 93c86 and he has the key data
if anyone can add its key back to the dump

i spoke to the guy , unfortunately he doesnt have old dump , apparently wt he is saying that he was adding another used key to the car with FVDI and he made reset and then the car didnt accept the new key and forgot the old key after that he read it and send me dump
in this case what is the best solution ? this guy doesnt have anything except fvdi

I have a new smart box and the old one that starts the car. Body shop broke the tabs that holds the pcb, so they want to replace it. I hook up and try to program the old proxy fob that starts the car every time we put the old smart box. The new smart will not program the keys into the system, why? Do we need the sync the id box with the smart box, 4 & 14 for 30min.

dump was having 3 keys and was not reset
