TMPro2 if all keys are lost or you want add a spare key. Working from cim eeprom. I'm using this tool for saab keys, working like a sharm.

With TMPro2, but when you have eeprom content , you need just program a key, so no need tech2.

No, if you have mvp pro, or ad100, you can just add key without pin, only spare key situation.

For MVP/AD100 PIN is obtained from AD website by the vehicle VIN. No any charges.

assist in the preparation of the key (precode) that would be unlocked? Damp will send via email.

I'm using the original already prepared keys, so all what you need is read cim eeprom, push few buttons in pc screen and key done.

For spare key, TCode or MVP programs very easy. Get the PIN from the AD website for free. Very very easy to program.

If programming a spare key to any Saab fitted with TWICE unit you do not require a pin for programming the spare key.
If programming a spare key to any SAAB fitted with CIM unit you will require the pin code to program it in.

In both cases if all keys are lost you cannot program a key via OBD with any tool, eeprom is the only option unless you aquire a second had TWICE or CIM and program this part with TECH2 or other suitable device.

ps. the second hand unit would need to come with a programmed key

quick question. To change CIM, I only need to swap the eeprom?

If programming a box key, make sure you have an option to release it, as it can become locked if you get sequence wrong.
