info isn for bmw e46

hi friend. i have problem whith this bmw , e46 320 diesel not comon rail.
the car start for 2 sec and stop.i try to sync ecu with ews but same problem.
i see on isn ecu i have all ffff. is possible the problem is here??
can i now the isn for this ecu and after i inser it??

i write ecu and try to synch with ews but is inpossible. i use abitrus and bmw diag but nothing , have error wen i try to synch.
0281 010 205 ecu number.
whith ori e2p i can synch dde and ews but car start and stop.

ok. in dde i have dtc. 1.DDE CONTR.MODULE EEPROM AND CONFIGURATION.
2.ELECTRONIC CAR IMOBILISATION SYSTEM.
