Hi ,
I'am searching a profesional soldering station with all head types for mcu and eprom and flash.
Soldering is something that I have to make progress because i'am not to much good in soldering, and also searching for training course i'am ready to pay for it!
Someone can advice me a good adress ?
Thank you!:top:

So finally decided to buy from JBC , i opted for compact line , hot air and precision soldering with head adapter and some other accesories and also from kester for tin fluxes.
Still waiting for price and shipping cost.

The original is not expensive,
One decent job and it is paid for so why bother.
It has also been updated to the S Programmer now: ELRASOFT Products (http://www.elrasoft.com/uusps.htm)

To me the beter quality price soldering station is Goot. Same tip at 7 years and work 7 days a week.
Very fast (6 seconds to reach temperature) and amazing good tips.
No need expensive tools to do a good job. Good flux is important.

Stay away from this crap! Just buy some low melting point solder, and this will make things easier.
After that,practice,practice,practice !!

Don't mean to be rude jonner, but DK VIP rules are VERY. Clear in saying only use this stuff under TWO curumstatanxes
1) your GENUINULY strullging with something 410 deg heat, three attempts
2) you enjoy the smell and fancy a sniff

Cost about ?250-?300 with all adaptors
Don't forget if have van add a ?300 (and that's cheap) 4000W inverter and at least 110 Ah secondary battery.
I went through 3 till got the largest inverter. assuming wanta be mobile. So ?700 ish should see u ok

Don't hold back now Harold !
A few years ago, trying out this tosh, was in the workshop, and thinking,"That's great.Took me ten minutes to get the bloody chip off.How the hell do I clean the ****er now, without goobering all the pins ??!!!"
Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Thats funny, because this guy ONLY uses it,
[ code] https://mobile.twitter.com/techtopics [/code]
From what Thommo (Vics, cousins brother twice removed, great uncle from Bulgaria) went on a training course, and that was the ONLY stuff he uses.
i managed to get hold of some, was impressed but not that impressed, ddid "have" to use it ONCE to remove a glued chip
(now 400 deg 60 seconds)

what problems??
so you think fake amtech is going to have better flux than kingbo, I would bet they are made in the same factory using the same flux.
I use kingbo and do BGA work on laptops and never had any problems with kingbo even from the cheapest sources.
I would think you've read some BS propaganda

If the kingbo is much cheaper than I would try some for yourself, I suspect your paying extra for the same flux. Just like all the 'new' laptop chips that have had a professional clean and fake silkscreening to print a new year code on them.
