I am also curious about this too. For trouble codes many of positive reviews on the sellers sites but nothing about key matching , however i found somwehere (dont remember where it was) that somebody said it add key directly without using programmer like Tango. I would buy it for a test but I don't have many VW cars after 2009 so I'm not buing right now. I have Micronas OBD Tool and it works well for add key but I don't have auth for both NEC types and that's why I'm wondering about this tool because ISCANCAR is cheaper than both NEC auths for Micronas cable :D
