fg tech galletto v53 china clone works with v54 software?

Hello, i have a fgtech galetto v53 china clone and someone told ms i can use v54 software just fine without damageing the tool. Does anyoneknows ifthis is possible.

No, not possible. You can run sw and tool don't damage, but don't work either.

I'm strugeling myself to install fgtech v53 without success. The supliers soft cd is no good. Tried also with ghost image no succsess. Anyone has a good version of v53?

Soft in CD is good, but has virus, same as Ghost image. Problem you have in your OS.

Have you changed your date on your computer? You need to change date back for v53 to work to

also make sure you uninstall totally any other versions you have
and you may have to use the fix tool now after you changed date as it throws a sh*t
just read it with FTReadWrite and them write the FG 1kb file then job done, and if you ever change date again you need to roll date back and redo FTD

you must install chinesse language in your pc (need a xp instalacion disk), change the date to 1/1/2013, run the fix program, load the file, conect galleto and dongle, start the eobd.exe and then conect the galleto to 12v
