bentley coupe 2005

had a bentley coupe in today flashs between mileage and error message,speedo works correctly but mileage counter doses not increase.tried to change mileage via obd dashboard no
reply,stripped and went direct to 24 08 eprom read correct miles changed mileage but still has error message,any one know how to fix this problem.this came to me like this any advice welcome

Could be a genuine faulty cluster , sounds like mcu failure just starting to kick in

thanks for reply,i think its been corrupted chip has been removed and replaced by someone else,have re flowed solder still the same

i would scan with diagnostic tool and see if problem is only in cluster or fault is somewhere else...
