HELP PUG 307 1.4 HDI don"t start and no conection to ECU

Hi people !
Hi have here one Pug that came from other"s garages but seems no one get it work it !
the car is from 2003 , 307 hdi 1.4 bosh ecu16c3 siemenes BSI and BSM delphy B5
Car is on economy mode , can"t not communicate width ECU but , communicate width ,dash, ABS , AC, and BSI !
I put a "New" used BSI in the car because the other one was in bad condition, got water on the circuits !
wipers not work , I search on WEB and found in the wipers windows not work could be BSM
I check and brake box of the BSM and found the ("white green" corrosive ) in the drivers ULN2003A and clean it but no luck !
wires under BSM seem to be OK , not find no wire broken

Vin car is VF33C8HZB30000xx !

what should i look now ?

any one have some situation ?

If you install "new-used" bsi need match pin and vin, and program keys again. Anyway if the car start some functions can be not work, depend of configuration of the donor car. (you can configure it with pp2000)
You can try to connect ecu in bench to discard problem with ecu.

The under hood fusebox change it with same type. Bsn2 or bdm5 etc

because PCB , SMD and relays are different from the ones I have see

Oh yeah, tell customer it's broken he needs a new one.

the later ones are sealed with thick solid black epoxy not even hydrochloride acid touches it, just makes the concrete floor bubble where you spilt it.

Ok new BSM B5 solve the problem but where does the water come from?
Front Windshield?
Next rain or owner "Me happy lez wash my pug" and he comes again with washed BSM.

Hi People !
the odyssey continues !
Now I got ecu comunications , but old ecu dump"s configuration is all fuxx up !
I get a "new" used Ecu put it in virgin state configure Injectors , bla bla, but can"t not pair ecu width PP2000 ?

is the problem on dash ??
because I have one error "oil value not recived !!

I check and it is for edc15c2 this one is EDC16C3 "47"

no idea if the vergin file is passwirded, jump up and Down if it is.

Hi only have Lexia and T300 china clo but I can"t programe the keys !
any ideia why ?
T300 say wrong code ? but I use ori PIN from the car !
whta are I"m doing wrong ??

goodnight I think your problem comes from not recognized your BSI bsi or your key is not ecu pairs with your engine?

fix the BSM , and find immo solution for edc16c3 :burnout:
