I have this version v54 and i am using it on wndows 7 32bit.The program is working good but when i try to read pcr 2.1 gives error.The reason is windows 7 or the hardware of galletto?Thank you

update....i tried it and with xp but nothing.With xp can not start to read at all.
The hardware is the reason propably
