So i need eeprom one of cas3 that resellerd sent to customers.
Anybody read from it? I want compare it with my dump.
If yes please attach it.

The CAS3 is configured for only car, so for solved your problem you need to read ISN from engine ECU. Write isn in cas3 and sync DME-CAS with diagnostic tool.
