Voyager Immo Off Help

hi all
Got a faulty ECU from voyager non start. no comms with SKIM .
Skim reporting PCM status failure, and serial link external fault. was hoping to IMMO off . but cannot work out which is the Epprom and what type. photos below

Hi IMO off didn't work. Multiple strange fault codes and one for PCM failure.
